Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility :
- Perform periodic review & remediation of gaps in OS, DB, MW systems compared to laid down Minimum Baseline Security Standards (MBSS)
- Review Privileged IDs & grant controlled access to Operating systems, Databases & Middleware systems on a need to know principle
- Review & enforce detective controls through Log monitoring & forensic reviews
- Privileged access of various production support & change management teams. Validate the purpose of access, review change management authorization approvals & grant privileged access.
- Enforce governance & control on usage of privileged OS, DB & MW IDs.
- Implement & review controls pertaining to system activity logging & monitoring. OS, DB, MW system activity logging & integration with SIEM tool.
- Perform incident management for resolution of non-logging systems.
- Review & detect unauthorized Privileged access & changes carried out on OS, DB & MW systems.
- Enforce security controls for preventing misuse of privileged access.
- (Preventive access controls, Detective log review controls & Deterrent controls by means of periodic awareness mailers & warning memos enforcing required controls using Policy, procedure & tools).

Required Qualification and Skills :
- Degree – Bachelor of Engineering – BE
- Required Certification/s – Certification on any technology (OS/DB/MW)
- Good Communications & interpersonal skills
- Good Technical skills on privileged access management, Operating Systems (OS), Databases (DB) & Middleware (MW) security control standards.
