Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility :

Own and manage the functional & non-functional testing activities end to end, taking responsibility for the team, setting realistic expectations, and delivering on them.
Manage multiple deliveries at project and program levels simultaneously.
Build efficiency in testing and continuous improvement of test methods, techniques, and processes.
Develop and execute a comprehensive test automation strategy, processes, and procedures for data-related applications and systems.
Design and implement functional and non-functional test automation frameworks.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce test execution time and increase test accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and data scientists, to ensure effective test coverage.

Required Qualification and Skills :

To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

Experienced in Complex Deliveries
Strong communication skills – ability to communicate in a clear and concise fashion
