Roles and Responsibility :
- Content Creation: Create captivating and visually appealing videos and photos in line with our brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling and engaging copy for social media posts, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and values. Develop content strategies that drive audience engagement and reflect the essence of the brand.
- Community Engagement: Monitor various social media channels to foster relationships with key influencers and increase the company’s visibility. Build and maintain connections to expand our online community.
- Real-Time Response: Promptly respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media platforms, fostering positive interactions and enhancing user experience. This DOES NOT include customer escalations, there’s a separate team for that.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using relevant metrics. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to optimize future strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing. Implement innovative strategies based on emerging trends to continually improve our social media initiatives.
