Job Description :
Required Qualification and Skills :

Bachelor / Master Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Advanced SQL and database knowledge (Oracle) and query optimization
Python, Alteryx experience preferred but not mandatory
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Comfortable working with large deep learning systems.
Strong background in statistics, mathematics and problem solving.
A record of outstanding contribution to data projects.
Able to work on production Python codebases.
Experience manipulating large amounts of data in SQL.
Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
Experience in growth marketing is a plus.

Roles and Responsibility :

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to perform manual audits and resolve outliers/exceptions.
Identify patterns emerging in the audits and contribute to process/program improvements.

Provide timely response to stakeholders on related tasks as per SOP and SLA.
Systematically escalate problems to the relevant owners/ teams according to pre-determined process.
Work with a range of text, speech and other types of data.
Deliver high-quality labelled data, using guidelines provided to meet our KPIs, and using in-house tools and software.
Report issues with tools and software as and when they occur.
Show Ownership and initiative when providing feedback for improvements to existing tooling that can increase the amount and quality of the data we process – we believe every ground-breaking change starts with a small idea!.
Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all applicable Amazon policies for securing confidential information.
