Job Description :
Required Qualification and Skills :
- BTech CSE, BTech IT / ITES, MTech, BCA, or MCA with No Backlogs
- Full-Time work experience – Freshers or those with less than 2 years work experience
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills (Very Important)
- Good Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while dealing with complex situations
Roles and Responsibility :
- Work with our customers to configure, test & integrate Whatfix solutions into enterprise applications
- Acquire and Leverage your knowledge across various Enterprise Applications to define the framework for Whatfix Implementation
- Own and drive the roadmap for all the implementations in Whatfix’s demo instances, including the development of out-of-the-box solutions to address challenging requirements
- Pilot new feature releases to directly influence the overall Product development roadmap
- Work cross-functionally in collaboration with different departments, including Product, Customer Success, Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing
