Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility :

Provides entry-level administrative and transactional support for authoring and editing of manuals and/or maintenance task cards used to accomplish scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
Manages inbound workflow as assigned and tracks projects to completion to support the needs of the Technical Operations organization
Initiates basic technical document changes in accordance with United Airlines policy
Interfaces with Maintenance Programs facilitating effective communication to manage workload in accordance with business requirements
Audits technical documents for compliance and accuracy
Supports creation of technical documents to perform aircraft maintenance
Administrative support of technical document applications/software
Engages in training and skill development, including relationship building

Required Qualification and Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
Limited professional experience required with ability to quickly grasp new concepts and work functions

Basic knowledge of technical documentation procedures and controls
Ability to complete reoccuring tasks
Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Basic awareness of XML authoring
