Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility :

• Perform day-to-day operation and maintenance of SaaS applications.
• Configure, maintain, and support MRI applications using Microsoft Windows, and Oracle.
• Validate, correct, and maintain database backups.
• Install new software releases, patches, and system upgrades.
• Create, update, audit, and modify documentation as required.
• Applies defined practices and procedures to design, implement, and support software projects
• Builds effective working relationships with team members
• Actively seeks assistance as needed but demonstrates learning and growing independence
• Actively seeks guidance for prioritization and review of deliverables.
• Performs and designs testing protocols to ensure that the product is fully tested.

Required Qualification and Skills :

• Currently pursuing a BE, Btech, MCA, MSC, or BCA Computer Science or related technical field (2022 Passout may also apply)
• Good Communication skills.
• Knowledge of RDMBS concepts.
• Knowledge of Data Base Administration activities and DB scripting.
• Good Knowledge of SQL.
• Strong attitude to enhance skills through collaboration with Peers and Teams.
• Any Computer training certification is desirable.
• Should be willing to work in USA shifts on regular basis.
