Roles and Responsibility :
- Conducting in-depth research from various in-house and external sources of information such as oral history discussions – transcripts and video recordings/ archival material/ external websites/ media releases/ annual reports/ industry publications/ newspaper articles, etc.
- Summarizing findings in detailed reports and presentations
- Proven work experience as a Research Assistant
- Knowledge of research methods/writing reports
- A degree in the field related to the study is preferred
- Should have a keen eye for detail and a structured thinking approach
- Good inter-personal skills for conducting group discussions and delivering effective presentations
