Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Review and validate KYC/CDD documentation for individuals, corporations, and charities.
- Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with jurisdictional procedures.
- Identify beneficial ownership and screen for sanctions and negative media.
- Complete reviews accurately and efficiently within given timelines.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and adapt processes accordingly.
- Investigate customer behavior across multiple products using advanced tools.
- Monitor incidents and ensure resolution within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Address routine issues using existing guidelines and policies.

Required Qualifications and Skills :
- Graduate from a recognized university (any stream).
- Exposure to back-office operations, compliance, or audit reviews preferred.
- Strong investigation and analytical skills, especially in AML/KYC domains.
- Knowledge of document verification, sanction screening, and customer due diligence.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Actimize, Lexis Nexis, Dow Jones, SIEBEL, Bridger XG, and others is a plus.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage ambiguity in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent understanding of AML/KYC terminologies and global compliance practices.
