Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility :

Cancel and refund all bookings requested by direct cancellation through customer login or by calling customer service of Cleartrip.
Verify exact nature of cancellation request – full, partial sector, split pax , amended , no show , full refund. Exception cases like visa rejection , medical and death cases.
Ensure proper verification of itinerary mentioned on HQ and airline website for LCC / GDS for full service airlines across all domains.
Once cancellation process is completed, screenshot needs to be captured confirming the same.
Refund to be computed depending on the nature of cancellation as pt.2.
Document all details accurately using Salesforce CRM.
All calls made to airline should be done using Genesys.
Follow up (Call and Email) with airline/supplier in case of pending cancellations.
Provide end-to-end support when it comes to trip cancellation & refund.
Communicate clearly and effectively with airlines / other ticketing partners.
