Roles and Responsibility :
- Critical support to Development tools, applications and infrastructure.
- Knowledge to the Development tools.
- Support on development tools to internal customers
- Ensure ownership if tickets and resolution on tools incidents during your shift
- Knowledge on critical tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Octane, SonarQube, Nexus or similar tools

Required Qualification and Skills :
To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Knowledge with monitoring & alerting
- Knowledge on administration of tools (JIRA, SonarQube, Nexus, SAST tools) is required
- ‘Can do’ attitude; An individual with a passion for DevOps and Cloud.
- You’ll have access to technical and management training courses you need to become the strong.
- Understanding of SLA, SLI, SLO
- Monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana
- Understanding the basic monitoring principle
- Programming Languages – Shell
