Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility : 

• Demonstrated experience working with Ellucian ERP systems.
• A strong understanding of public Cloud infrastructure and SaaS deployment.
• Well-honed communication skills, working with teams across an organization.
• Ability to self-prioritize and manage stakeholder expectations in high-pressure environments.
• Strong understanding of integration technology and concepts.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Self-directed team player.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal guidance, to achieve clearly articulated outcomes.
• Ability to focus on low-level detail, while maintaining an understanding of high-level goals.

Required Qualification and Skills : 

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Ellucian Colleague ERP, with a sound understanding of its structure and functionality.
• Experience with other Ellucian solutions is desirable, but not mandatory.
• Experience troubleshooting procedural SQL (e.g. PL/SQL).
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server (e.g., taking backups, restore, etc.) including performance troubleshooting and experience with creating SQL queries.
• A minimum of 1 year working with Amazon Web Services public cloud.
• An AWS architect certification is desirable, but not mandatory.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services public cloud infrastructure is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills – both written and oral.
• Demonstrated understanding of Cloud technology concepts and experience with SaaS solutions.
