Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility : 

• Develop macros to enable automation of compensation programs execution.
• Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices.
• Perform multifactor data and cost analyses that may be used for compensation planning; Analyze, review & recommend changes to compensation programs and policies
• Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on compensation.
• Managing salary structure creation and maintenance.
• Analysis and MIS/Reporting – preparation of reports & Presentation.
• Handle employee’s queries.
• Raising change request in system and publish dashboards
• Statutory Compliances
• Timely closure of all processes and other requirements.

Required Qualification and Skills : 

• Knowledge of developing macros to enable automation
• Analytical skills – to understand and apply research and statistics in decision-making
• Critical Thinking – Using MIS
• logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Judgment and Decision Making – Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
