Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility :
- The candidate will be responsible for generating leads and taking them to closure by working along with Aditya Birla Capital Operation and Sales backend team.
- Responsible for achieving the sales target set by the company.
- The Candidate will be assigned or tagged with the Capital Branch and he needs to sell the Insurance of Birla Sun Life Insurance to the existing or ex-customers.
- Relationship management with stakeholders.
- Maintain persistence for the policies procured to achieve the profitability of the team.
