Required Qualification and Skills :

Master’s/Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
Excellent spoken and written English
Good knowledge in C Programming or C++ programming, embedded software development, and real time behavior.
Knowledge in development environment.
Knowledge in ECU system (e.g. Communication & diagnostics protocols).
Knowledge in RTOS Concepts.

Roles and Responsibility :

As an Embedded Software Development Engineer, you will be contributing to embedded software development for Global products in Machine Applications for different global.
Volvo CE sites and products like Wheel Loader & Rigid Haulers, you will manage and deliver the software modules.
As part of our team, you will drive and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Our teams work in a cross-functional and cross-cultural agile setup, and we really support each other, so you will quickly feel part of the work environment.

You will be part of a team of enthusiastic and talented individuals, and collaborate with other teams daily, making sure we continue to deliver great products.
In your professional experience you have worked with Embedded C and Embedded C++ and have expertise in either of them.
You care about quality deliveries. It is an advantage if you have experience from working within Automotive industry or heavy equipment industry.

Good knowledge within GIT, Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and CAN is preferred. You are an open and creative person with a can-do attitude.
