Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility :

Timely handling of incidents and support requests.
Providing L1 & L2 support to the users of the above system.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a high customer satisfaction on these systems.
Keep abreast of new developments and upgrades in the systems.
Develop and Maintain test scripts for all important system functionality.
Regression Testing in relation to system maintenance, improvement & releases.
Handle deployment of packages and builds to Test and Production servers.
Perform Installation & Troubleshooting on MS Windows 10, Desktop issues, MS Office 20160/Office365.
Ensure the team meets SLA for incidents and standard requests.
Ensure service calls are addressed and resolved promptly.
Deliver agreed SLA and high availability.

Required Qualification and Skills :

Good Communication Skills which enable you to convey to a wide range of stakeholders across the globe.
Broad Knowledge in Engineering Basics.

Knowledge of Wind turbines.
Aptitude towards learning manufacturing business process.
Proactive and Proven ability to work effectively and in teams.
Structured and technical way of working. Should able to learn quickly.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
May require participation in 24 x 7 on-call rotation.
Good communication skills and able to interact with people of different cultures and backgrounds.
Good attitude and responsive behavior.
Preferably with working experience in international and multi-cultural environment.
