Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility :
- Working under general supervision performing Tier 1 specific tasks.
- Functioning as a Tier 1 escalation point for well-defined incidents and basic problems.
- Supporting and maintaining servers, networks, messaging, mainframes, database environments, and/or host infrastructures.
- Supporting customer proprietary, COTS, or Unisys applications.
- Responding to service outages and other problems/issues.
- Providing support for simple troubleshooting requirements.
- Performing incident restoration and implementing standard changes.
- Coordinating with vendors using SOPs.

Required Qualification and Skills :
To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- University degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Must have both verbal and written communication, logical, and analytical skills.
- Ability to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery.
- Evaluate business requirements and resolve potential Salesforce-enabled components (Should be able to determine when to use customization vs. configuration.)
