- Check Data integration & Image integration processes
- Check status of all jobs schedule
- Check file merging is in order or not
- Verify the ageing of records in various buckets.
- Check size of the database on quarterly basis
- To take feedback from client on quarterly basis
- Introduce the client to new features and better practices in the application
