Roles and Responsibility :

Research about the most effective content matter and delivery techniques for students Coordinate with the content team to get the content materials developed.
Research about student psyche and try to bring up innovative engagement techniques during lectures to enhance student participation and understanding.
Be an academic mentor to a group of students, understand their challenges and bring innovative solutions and techniques

Reviewing of the content created by other content developers or SMEs and to guide them in order to prepare the content of highest quality
Working as subject experts, solving problems of books in a step-by-step format of their related subject.
Work on solving doubts & writing solutions for students’ live questions

Has passion towards education and effective content communication through visuals.
Has strong subject expertise and could apply theoretical knowledge to the practical applications through varied audio-visual elements.
Has exquisite communication skills – verbal and written, you are able to communicate clearly and efficiently in multiple formats, including email,
written documents, digital presentations and verbal conversations. Being multilingual is a plus.
Shows adaptability and ability to multitask, manages the team at vertical level while meeting deadlines and training other team members in different processes.
Makes learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities and yourself should be open to learning new concepts and tools.
