Roles and Responsibility :

Must have basic knowledge on MS office
Good keyboard skills – needs to be able to toggle between many screens with speed and needs to be able to type with speed and accuracy.
Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment.
Must be able to handle the stress and pressure of SLAs

Required Qualification and Skills :

Manage & Monitor CRM for final closures
Inbound query resolution of Customers – Calls & Emails.
Co-ordinate for closure of all inbound/Out bound calls & emails with the inter-departmental officer
Co-ordination with internal departments for timely and correct resolution to the customer
Handle and monitor various types of calling viz: Awareness, Over-due, Promotional, Special Event, Insurance Renewal, Retention and exit calling
Generating leads through above calling
