Roles and Responsibility :
- Responding to customer inquiries through email, phone or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to operating systems, basic networking, and MySQL database.
- Providing basic support for hardware and software issues.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and escalating to senior team members when necessary.
- Updating customer information and documenting support cases in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Assisting with product training for new customers as required.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.

Required Qualification and Skills :
