Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility :
- Analyze functional business requests and align with project objectives
- Negotiate effectively with stakeholders on delivery expectations and timelines
- Guide the team in estimating backlog items (Backlog grooming)
- Decision Making and Conflict Management, should be able to take decisions, make commitments on behalf of team and progress/guide team members through ambiguity
- Knowledge & Implementation of best practices and processes on functional testing activities & strategy definition
- Delivery Accountability with support from PO and feature team members
- Help remove impediments in delivery with right support from PO and FT members. Ensure the reporting in pair with Product Owner
- Ensures the reporting on progress and delivery of the features is done periodically to project stakeholders
- Must be able to run Scrum meetings independently and be in control of delivery responsibilities
- Presentation Skills Decent enough to present status, viewpoints during scrum of scrums, PI meetings , demo, grooming, retrospection et al..
- Representative for the communication and co-ordination with other teams

Required Qualification and Skills :
To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Knowledge on the Third Party data management
- Worked as a Business Analyst in the past
- Good Written / Oral communication
- Good Analytical Skills
- Basic SQL knowledge to query data
- Be able to perform tests on the use cases developed
