Roles and Responsibility :
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends. Analyze data to develop insights into industry dynamics.
- Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads and prospecting potential clients through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and networking events.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly
- Sales Support: Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts. Assist in the negotiation and closing of deals.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
- Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge of our products/services, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, lead generation, and conversion rates. Present findings to the management team.
