Roles and Responsibility :
- Must have basic knowledge on MS office
- Good keyboard skills – needs to be able to toggle between many screens with speed and needs to be able to type with speed and accuracy.
- Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to handle the stress and pressure of SLAs
- 25wpm typing speed with 80% accuracy.

Required Qualification and Skills :
To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- 3 Years Bachelors Degree in any specialization (Excluding B. Tech,MCA).
- 6 months to 2 years of voice or chat experience in international BPO – Freshers with Good Communication skills can also apply.
- Should have minimum typing speed of 35-30 words per minute with at least 90-95% accuracy.
- Open to work in Night shifts (5 Days a week) and from Hyderabad location.
- Good oral and Writing skills
- open to work in Night shifts from the office
