Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :

Monitor client infrastructure and solutions.
Identify and resolve problems and errors proactively.
Recognize common incidents and opportunities for prevention.
Investigate first-line incidents and determine root causes.
Fulfill approved requests following designated procedures.
Provide telephonic or chat support to clients when needed.
Execute maintenance activities, including patching and configuration changes.
Follow shift handover procedures to ensure service continuity.

Report and escalate incidents where necessary.
Ensure comprehensive resolution of incidents and requests.
Identify and implement work optimization opportunities.
Update or create new knowledge articles.
Support automation of work, request fulfillment, and incident resolution.
Contribute to and support project work as required.
Assist in implementing and delivering Disaster Recovery functions and tests.
Perform additional related tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computing or equivalent work experience.
Relevant certifications (additional weightage in candidate evaluation).
Entry-level experience or completion of a relevant internship program.
Experience in managing platforms such as:
- Windows Server Administration
- Linux Server Administration
- Virtualization Administration
- Server Hardware and Storage Administration
Basic knowledge of management agents, redundancy concepts, and products in areas like: Network, Data Centre, Telephony, Exchange, Storage, Cloud, Backup.
