Roles and Responsibility :

Monitor work queue daily and perform task according to SLA requirements
Verify loan notes on the file and check loan status
Review and analyze various Mtg documents
Eye for details and work under tight timelines
Basic quantitative decision making
Understanding business rules or task requirements
Handling task and completing within defined timeline
Ensure 100% work adherence and schedule adherence
