Job Description :
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Exhibit Konecranes’ core values and code of conduct in daily tasks.
- Handle incident management processes efficiently in a large-scale support environment.
- Manage SAP user maintenance and authorization concepts.
- Troubleshoot SAP authorization issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Monitor SAP systems daily, including IDOC monitoring for various interfaces.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
- Ensure achievement of KPIs like SLA, TAT, Aging, and Quality Audits.
- Align actions based on customer feedback and management inputs.
- Prepare reports as per supervisor’s expectations.
- Be flexible for shifts/on-call support based on business needs.
- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills :
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA).
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of SAP ERP.
- Experience as an SAP End-User is a plus.
- SAP Certification OR End-User experience is preferable.
- Knowledge of ITIL & ITSM tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
