Roles and Responsibility :
- Assist with Online Training and Support to End Users for functional issues of ERP
- Report and follow up on technical issues with development team to get the rca done and bug-fixing
- Analyse the priority of the tasks assigned and completion of the same adhering to the timelines
- Support though our internal helpdesk portal and email.
- Assist with quick Response to the user to achieve maximum TAT for the functional queries.
