Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility :

Lead the architectural design of ServiceNow solutions, considering scalability, reliability, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and design solutions that align with business needs.
Customize and extend core ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements, utilizing scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide.
Develop custom applications, modules, and plugins to enhance the platform’s capabilities.
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools, both internally and externally, to establish seamless data flow and streamline processes.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
Participate in incident management and support activities as needed Platform Governance:
Implement and enforce best practices for configuration management, change control, and versioning within the ServiceNow environment.
Ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy regulations.
Practical experience with Agile methodologies
Keep technical skills and product knowledge up to date through self-efforts and internal training.

Team management and Technical Assistance.

Required Qualification and Skills :

Well versed with software engineering techniques SDLC.
Expertise in Service Now/ SAAS based application development.
Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including experience with scripting, customization, workflows, and integrations.
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes and best practices.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
Experience with Office 365.
Should have experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, Java Script and Angular Js  and Web Services  integrations  (REST) .
