Roles and Responsibility :
- The opening is in Accounts payable team where vendor Invoices will have to be checked, processed & paid.
- Non-Voice profile for Accounts Payable core accounting.
- Handling email queries from vendors & internal stakeholders.
- Getting the clarifications resolved from vendors & internal stakeholders by writing mails or taking calls with them.
- Preparing the account reconciliations / resolving the open items coming in account reconciliations.
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
- Responsible to showcase tried work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger reciprocal environment

Required Qualification and Skills :
- Reasonable accounting knowledge.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (especially in Excel).
- Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing /Accounting/ERP.
- Commerce background as Accountancy as subject.
- Should be able to do multi-tasking & be flexible.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
- You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
