Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility : 

• Support product transition from design to production.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize workflow.
• Manage material planning, kitting, and routings.
• Provide technical and planning support to Operations.
• Program Standard Work Concept in collaboration with Subject Matter Expert.
• Ensure facility efficiency, safety, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Identify and address planning or manufacturability issues in new product designs.
• Evaluate and improve production processes for time, cost, and inventory control.
• Create and maintain standard work modules, including routings and BOM logic.
• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives like root cause analysis.
• Assist with implementing new work instruction software.
• Prioritize and strengthen plant safety protocols.
• Document processes clearly and consistently.
• Analyze and maximize capacity utilization.
• Streamline assembly flow, reducing personnel per machine per day.
• Manage inventory efficiently and ensure quality through inspection.
• Play a key role in quality control procedures.

Required Qualification and Skills : 

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office, MiniTab, and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and statistical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
