Roles and Responsibility :

Support on all activities managed by PSP within the team
Data Cleaning and Management
Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Reporting
Functional Support on Purchasing IT Tools
Communication
Work on standardization of Process and optimize it for increasing the efficiency + Building the Standard Operating Procedures and Methodologies, Information archiving and facilitation.

Required Qualification :

Professional Degree – Bacheleors / Masters degree any field
Should have knowledge in subject on Data management and Analysis. Purchasing process
knowledge will be good to have
Experience – 0-2 years

Fluency in English (verbal, written and presentation skills)
SAP / SAP Ariba / MDM knowledge would be an added advantage (Optional)
Good Hands on knowledge and expertise on MS Excel, PPT is a must + other data management and visualization tools / applications would be added advantage
