Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
As a Business Analyst at EY, you will be responsible for:
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements to provide strategic solutions.
- Specializing in Banking & Financial Services, preferably in Risk Management.
- Collaborating with product managers, data engineers, and analysts to define and achieve project objectives.
- Utilizing project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
- Conducting data analysis using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) to support key business decisions.
- Identifying and addressing inefficiencies in business processes.
- Creating business process models, use cases, and user stories.
- Assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure optimal solutions.
- Supporting change management efforts with training materials and documentation.
- Working within an Agile methodology environment.
