Roles and Responsibility :

Seeks to respond to stakeholder requests in an accurate, timely and professional manner
Seeks to understand the employee’s needs, answer queries on a day to day basis, ability to prioritise when needed to balance speed and scale
Seek to meet Service level set for each processes and activtiy assigned
Researches and analyzes data from various sources and tools to resolve employee issues
Communicates in a timely manner and sets expectations regarding next steps and/or obligations of all parties
Has basic knowledge and understanding of MS office or Google Sheets
Learns about the policies, practices, trends and information that impact the organization and its customers
