Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility :

Work within well-defined system support guidelines.
Prioritize faults to meet SLA/WLA.
Investigate faults/causes related to system/network problems.
Participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible.
Ensure correct working methodology.
Implement system configuration changes as per given access rights
Handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets with guidance or supervision, when vital.
Create a WO for FM team when vital.

Required Qualification and Skills :

To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent

Years of experience: 1-2 years
Industry experience: Telecom
Shift handling skills able to develop team members in shift

First-level service problem restoration in 24*7 shifts
Ability to perform under time constraints depending upon the business requirements
Technical and/or functional skills: Good knowledge of service networks/GSM
