Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility :
- Promptly generate quotations for customers and provide alternative options if necessary
Provide technical, application, or price quotations and assistance to customers, sales teams, and Authorized Valve Distributors - Correspond with application experts in other locations for special applications or pricing
- Collect necessary details, review documents, and assist in creating new customers by sending new customer code requests
- Maintain knowledge of Freight Terms, Inco Terms, and Payment Terms
- Process customer orders within 24 hours after scrutinizing purchase orders
- Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring proper documentation for easy retrieval of reports
- Prepare and send pending order reports to management during month-end and follow up with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets

Required Qualification and Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with sales processes and order management
- Knowledge of Freight Terms, Inco Terms, and Payment Terms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
