Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility : 

• Manage the installation and maintenance of hardware and software including personal workstations, WVD, printers, mobile devices, multimedia displays, projectors, video conference system support.
• IT asset management.
• Manage diagnoses, repair of hardware, and contact appropriate service vendors when necessary. Recommend solutions, supervise, and check that problems have been corrected and maintain records of work performed.
• Technical IT problems helping, diagnosing, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting of network technology and the internet in the areas of desktop and laptop computer applications.
