Roles and Responsibilities :
- Call monitoring and provide actionable insight to improve current processes
- Assist in developing, creating, and implementing quality processes
- Gather information to help improve advisor performance
- Provide feedback on the quality of advisor’s recommendations
- Develop customer support quality standards
- Experience of using the Google Suite of Apps – Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with strict deadlines
- Ability to execute pilots/ projects in a timely and structured manner
