Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility :

Assist & Support Direct Sales Account Managers in their day-to-day activities
Maintain good business relationships with customers by addressing their queries & concerns during pre-sales & post sales requirements (Documents/Quotes submission, Order processing, Delivery tracking, Installation arrangement, Escalations management, coordination with support functions, etc)
Manage inbound sales leads by telephone, web or email & do cold calling for leads generation

Required Qualification and Skills :

BE/BTech/BCA/Bsc (2021/2022 passouts only)
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team and customer-facing environment
Monday to Thursday regular hours. Friday – flexibility to work past 8 PM as per business need
