Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility :

Candidate should have working knowledge of Workday, RAMCO, other CNX tools.
Prior experience with background check processes required (is desirable).
Working knowledge/experience of the Sterling client background check system (or other background check systems ) required. (is desirable).
Monitor all Background verifications of all North America new hires, ensuring completion in an accurate and timely manner.
Make formal judgement/decisions on disputed/questionable background results.
Liasoning with new hires & vendors for completion of pre-requisites before onboarding.
Should be able to perform the designated activities with high degree of ownership to support business & CNX employees

Required Qualification and Skills :

Excellent verbal & written communication.
Detail oriented and excellent presentation skills.
Strong decision-making and judgmental skills

Experience implementing Process Improvement Initiatives. Six Sigma experience is a plus.
Proficient with MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
Willingness to work in US shifts.
