Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility :

Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data engineering, such as SQL, Python, Scala, R
Familiarity with big data technologies and concepts, such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
Understanding of data modeling and database design principles
Experience with building ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines and data integration processes is a plus
Knowledge or awareness of Azure DataBricks technologies such as Lakehouse and Unity Catalog is a plus
Knowledge or awareness of AI/ML or Gen AI is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot data-related issues
Passion to learn and collaborate with a global workforce
Assist in the analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications.
Collaborate with senior team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide support in troubleshooting software issues and help resolve user problems.
Participate in system upgrades, installations, configurations, and migrations.

Contribute to the documentation of technical processes, procedures, and best practices.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to software development.

Required Qualification and Skills :

To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (candidates pursuing final year of graduation may also be considered).
Strong analytical skills with an ability to troubleshoot complex problems efficiently.
Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java/C++, HTML/CSS or scripting languages like Python is preferred.
Familiarity with database management systems (SQL/MySQL) would be advantageous.
Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and tools.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of operating systems like Windows/Linux will be beneficial.
