Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Deliver technical solutions aligned with specifications and design guidelines.
- Develop and test web-based or desktop applications using Java, J2EE, AJAX, and Web Services.
- Analyze requirements and assess their impact on existing applications.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Work with Leads to create scope estimates and feature technical specifications.

Required Skills :
- Strong experience in Java and J2EE technologies within a cloud-based environment.
- Expertise in JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, Spring Boot, JUnit, JSON, and RESTful web services.
- Knowledge of Java Design Patterns is an added advantage.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and MVC architecture.
- Experience with Git, including branching, tagging, and merging for collaborative development.
Additional Qualifications and Skills :
- Experience in Azure or AWS cloud (PaaS) with Java is a plus.
- Strong business application design skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in standard Java development tools (Eclipse, Maven, etc.).
- A strong interest in application security from the initial design phase.
- Experience in creating technical documentation and task time estimates.
