Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :

Implement cybersecurity guidelines for applications hosted in Baker Hughes cloud infrastructure.
Assist customers and deployment teams in applying cybersecurity guidelines for applications in customer cloud environments.
Define frameworks, tools, and processes for cybersecurity within Baker Hughes infrastructure.
Collaborate with the Product Architecture team and Baker IT security team to maintain application security.
Work with architects, researchers, and security experts to identify, assess, and mitigate product vulnerabilities.
Lead incident response efforts related to product cybersecurity.
Develop and track meaningful cybersecurity metrics.
Conduct proactive vulnerability monitoring and assessment.
Perform threat modeling and attack surface analysis.
Respond to penetration tests and security incidents.
Develop hardened system images, templates, and containers.
Drive and manage certifications like ISO 27001 and SOC compliance.
Enforce and execute cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Coordinate a 24/7 support team, providing coaching and technical support.
Plan and execute regular cybersecurity audits, implementing best practices based on findings.
Collaborate with application architects, security engineers, and infrastructure architects to align security implementations with customer success.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).
Proficiency in Azure or AWS cybersecurity concepts.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
Strong database management skills.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High motivation, self-starting attitude, and eagerness to learn.
Graduated within the last 24 months with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 out of 4.0.
Fluency in English with effective communication abilities.
Legal eligibility to work in the application country without sponsorship or restrictions.
