Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility:

Travel to different customer locations to provide below services:
Installation of Electric & Pneumatic tools (Nutrunners) & controllers at customer sites which calls for software & electronic work
Handling Annual Maintenance contract with customers
Preventive maintenance services which includes electromechanical work
Performing calibration of the tools (Outrunners)
Performing Health check-up activity for the Desoutter’s products at customer end
Attending breakdown calls at customer end & provide solutions
Keep the tools data up to date for assigned customers on operations portal i.e. SPIRIT
Provide training to customers on Desoutter’s products

Required Qualification and Skills :

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Having good Analytical skills.
Awareness/Familiarize with the codes and standards.
Awareness/exposure of engineering documents like datasheets and drawings to ensure compliance with specification and functional integrity.
