Job Description:
As an Automation Test Engineer at Amdocs, you’ll play a key role in ensuring high-quality software delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute test procedures/scripts manually or through automation tools.
- Monitor and report test execution progress with a focus on quality.
- Document test outcomes and support ongoing risk analysis, defect reporting, and coverage metrics.
- Analyze test results to identify root causes and evaluate failures.
- Compare actual vs. expected results and metrics to ensure system integrity.
- Suggest improvements and run repetitive test cycles to validate fixes.
- Participate in internal design reviews and contribute to testing strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A B.A. / B.Sc in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Systems Analysis.
- Knowledge or experience in programming, testing tools, and testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in software testing processes.
