Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and deploy new analytics solutions
Automate manual audit procedures using cutting-edge tech tools
Create dynamic dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
Understand and work with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, JDE, and PeopleSoft
Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies for audit efficiency
Contribute to the development of industry-standard analytics
Stay updated on ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) regulations
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Document analytics solutions and dashboards for audits

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related fields
Preferred: MCA, MBA (Systems), M.Sc in CS/IT/Math
1+ years of relevant experience in data analytics (advantageous but not mandatory for freshers)
Proficiency in Python, PySpark, Databricks, SQL, R, MS Excel, RPA (UiPath)
Experience in Tableau, Power BI, MS Access, Excel VBA
Strong understanding of business processes and basic accounting/audit principles
Certifications like CIA, CISA, or CAP are a plus
