Roles and Responsibilities :

- Adhere to Mastercard’s software development standards, processes, and best practices.
- Create and maintain technical and testing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements through standard development and testing practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills :
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 0 to 12 months in the software engineering field.
- Basic knowledge of Software Engineering concepts and methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and programming skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High degree of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work in a collaborative, diverse, and distributed project team.
