Roles & Responsibility :
As an Associate Software Engineer, you’ll:
- Design, build, test, and support applications using business requirements.
- Understand business drivers and deliver software that meets expectations.

- Provide support to clients via voice, email, or chat.
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Deliver high-quality code on time and participate in peer reviews.
- Be flexible with work location and 24×7 shift availability.

Eligibility Criteria :
To be eligible for the Accenture 2025 drive, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Graduates from B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (CS/IT/Data Science/Computer Applications) streams.
- No active backlogs at the time of application or onboarding.
- Should have completed the degree in the stipulated time (e.g., 4 years for B.Tech).
- Maximum 23 months of full-time work experience.
- Should not have appeared in Accenture’s recruitment process in the last 3 months.
- Indian citizens or nationals from Nepal and Bhutan (others need appropriate work visas or OCI/PIO cards).
- Candidates must be flexible to relocate and work in shifts (including night shifts) based on business needs.
