Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility : 

• Freshers with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferred specialization in EEE, ECE &
  Mechanical)
• Production line setup, qualification, ramp-up and introduction of mass production.
• Product Yield improvement through failure analysis by providing CAPA.
• New product proto-run &Proto part approval process after that same as pilot run.
• Conduct regular CFT/NPI meetings to ensure communication between all regarding the project
• Review and Control the Release of all NPI-related documents.
  Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience:
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
