Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility :

Key responsibilities will be across 3 areas: Instrument, Common and Client.
Ensure appropriate messaging feed through to the monthly status reporting
Update the domain status pack for discussion during the weekly Domain call
Cover pressing domain activities, risks, issues, etc. at the weekly Domain call
Document key messages and actions and ensure these are completed
Monthly domain status reporting and BoW management
Track the progress of these milestones, ensuring agreed deliverables are on track and missed milestones are anticipated, documented and a clear Path to Green is established
SteerCo status reporting for the Instrument Domain to be submitted in reporting tool
Coordinate content for the monthly OpCo
Book of Work Adjustments
Ensure that any amendments to the BoW are approved by the necessary parties and documented accordingly
Create materials to summarise the proposed adjustments and their impact to the BoW

Facilitate and coordinate discussions about the ongoing amendments to the BoW

Required Qualification and Skills :

Relevant experience in PMO (Change Management preferably), status reporting and plan documentation
Ability to work with MS Powerpoint, Excel and Project
Strong communications skills and well-developed team collaboration experience
Strong knowledge of project management processes, governance, and status tracking
